Ibrahim Bala sat at his desk, sipping his tea and staring at the piles of files in front of him. Another day, another memo to decipher. He let out a sigh and began to sort through the documents, his mind wandering to the previous day's events. Suddenly, his phone rang. It was Adaeze Nnamdi, the bright and restless Mass Communication student from Enugu. 'Engineer, I need your help,' she said, using the nickname she had given him. 'I'm in Abuja for a project and I need to meet with some government officials. Can you help me navigate the system?' Ibrahim chuckled and replied, 'Ah, but is it official?' Ada laughed and said, 'Guys, this is not the vibe, I need your help.' Ibrahim agreed to meet with her and introduce her to the right people. As they sat down in the conference room, Tomiwa Adebayo burst in, his usual optimistic self. 'We're basically Stripe for Nigeria,' he exclaimed, pitching his fintech startup to the officials. Ibrahim raised an eyebrow and whispered to Ada, 'Is this part of your project?' Ada shook her head and whispered back, 'I think Tomi is just being Tomi.' The meeting was a whirlwind of pitches and proposals, with Tomiwa trying to convince the officials to adopt his fintech solution. Ibrahim watched with a mixture of amusement and skepticism, while Ada took notes and asked questions. As the meeting drew to a close, Ibrahim turned to the officials and said, 'Ah, but is it official?' The officials smiled and nodded, and the meeting ended with a sense of possibility. As they left the conference room, Ada turned to Ibrahim and Tomiwa and said, 'Guys, this is not the vibe, but I think we might be onto something here.' Tomiwa grinned and said, 'We're basically Stripe for Nigeria, and we're going to change the game.' Ibrahim chuckled and shook his head, 'Let's take it one step at a time, my friends.'
