The Big Meeting

Chidinma Okafor, aka Chidi, was pacing back and forth in front of the conference room, her heels clicking on the tile floor. 'Na so we see am oh!' she muttered to herself, trying to calm her nerves. She had been preparing for this meeting with investors for weeks, and she was determined to make a good impression. Engineer Ibrahim Bala, who had agreed to come with her for moral support, was sitting in the waiting area, browsing through a magazine. 'Ah, but is it official?' he asked, looking up at Chidi, who was still pacing. 'Yes, oga, everything is in order,' Chidi replied, waving her hand dismissively. Just then, Adaeze Nnamdi, aka Ada, burst into the waiting area, her phone in hand. 'Guys, this is not the vibe,' she said, looking around frantically. 'I just got a message from Tomiwa, and he's running late. What are we going to do?' Chidi stopped pacing and looked at Ada, a worried expression on her face. 'We can't start the meeting without him,' she said. 'He's the one who set it up.' Engineer Ibrahim stood up, a calm expression on his face. 'Don't worry, we'll figure something out,' he said. 'But first, let's get some coffee and calm down.' The three of them walked to the coffee machine, and as they sipped their coffee, Engineer Ibrahim suggested that Chidi start the meeting without Tomiwa, and he would help her facilitate the discussion. Chidi was hesitant at first, but Ada encouraged her to go for it. With newfound confidence, Chidi walked into the conference room, Engineer Ibrahim and Ada by her side. The meeting was a success, and the investors were impressed with Chidi's business idea. As they left the conference room, Chidi turned to Engineer Ibrahim and Ada, a huge smile on her face. 'Na so we see am oh!' she exclaimed. 'We did it!' Engineer Ibrahim chuckled and patted her on the back. 'Ah, but is it official?' he asked, smiling. Ada just rolled her eyes good-naturedly. 'Guys, this is not the vibe,' she said, laughing. 'Let's just celebrate our win.' And with that, the three of them walked out of the office building, ready to take on the next challenge that came their way.
